To achieve the highest attainable health status to the people in the Matara District by Planning, Implementation, Monitoring and evaluation using the limited resources productively according to national policies under supervision in a pleasant green environment to provide efficient, effective, equitable, qualitative and safe health care in promotive, preventive, curative and rehabilitative health services hand in hand with other health institutions and multisectoral coordination.
